Julie is the CEO & Founder of Your Emotional Support Service. As well as this, Julie is a fully qualified therapist & supervisor.
Alongside our clinical manager, Julie oversees our day-to-day operations to ensure we always provide the best service within our community.

Dawn Hindle

Meet Dawn
For the past 11 years, Dawn has worked with young people and their families within secondary education, as a teacher and pastorally. Dawn is an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor which means that she has trained in different modalities but uses a person-centred foundation. In Dawn's spare time, she is a part-time shepherdess and keen sportswoman - albeit that tends to be spectating rather than participating these days...
Sarah Pritchard

Sarah's role is to provide business support to the charity, including service development, funding streams, marketing & human resources. She joined YESS in September 2022 having previously worked mainly in the medical sector, for private businesses and for the NHS in similar management support roles.

Harriet is currently doing her Masters in Art Therapy. She enjoys the Theatre and loves to knit in her spare time!

Meet Ella
Ella is a trainee counsellor completing her counselling post graduate diploma at Staffordshire University. She works within the Person-Centred approach. This means clients are placed at the centre of our work in therapy together, empowering you on your journey through life and its obstacles and focusing on your needs as an individual, and even more importantly, your needs as a human being. Ella is very interested and involved in spirituality and hopes to explore existential therapy more as her career evolves.
Charlie Chinnock

Meet Charlie
Charlie is currently in her final year of a MSc in counselling children and young people at Northampton University. She applies an integrative approach allowing for a flexible approach through different modalities to your therapy. This application allows your therapy to be adapted to you as an individual. Charlie also works as a RSW for children and young people with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities. In her spare time Charlie enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying good food.
Ula Booth
Sessional Counsellor
Meet Ula
Ula is a qualified Integrative Counsellor with a holistic attitude to therapy, combining the use of core conditions of the Person-Centred Approach and the elements of Gestalt Therapy, Creative Arts and Inner Child processes to tailor the therapy to suit the individual and to facilitate greater self-awareness and personal growth. In her spare time Ula loves walking her dog, learning to cook new recipes and crafting.
Sue Dallison
Outreach Support Worker
Meet Sue
Sue has 16 years' of experience working in the voluntary sector in various client support and development roles across Uttoxeter and East Staffordshire. She is a member of the local PPG and has a passionate interest in supporting the local community and highlighting, causes that matter to local people.
In her last role as a social prescriber, Sue, became acutely aware of the impact of social isolation and loneliness on a person’s mood and well-being.
Neil Harrison
Art Psychotherapist
Meet Neil
Neil is a trained art psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. Art therapy is an established form of psychological therapy which uses creative expression to support the service user. To work with an art therapist you do not need any previous art-making experience. Art therapists are regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and Neil is also a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT)
Rebecca Canning

Meet Rebecca
Rebecca has worked as a teacher for 25 years, in both the secondary and primary sector. She is now a trained person-centred counsellor, begining her councelling journey with YESS. Rebecca will be working with children, young people & adults. In her spare time she loves walking, swimming & travel!

Barb is our finance manager. She is responsible for the overall financial health of the charity.

Emily is our trainee marketing & engagement office, working with us whilst studying Marketing at University.
Dom Treharne
Trainee Counsellor
Meet Dom
Dom is on placement at YESS as part of an MSc course in Counselling and Psychotherapy and he works in a person-centred way with his clients. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, and playing piano for several music groups.
